“Check out Samsung Galaxy S10 5G specs and Verizon 5G cities before you preorder”

The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is now available for pre-order through Verizon as the network announces plans to expand its 5G coverage to 20 more cities throughout the U.S. in 2019.

The 5G smartphone is available starting at $1,299.99 for its 256GB internal storage model, or for $54.16 per month for 24 months through Verizon’s device payment plan. Its 512GB model is available for 1,399.99 or $58.33 per month for 24 months. The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G goes on sale officially on May 16. Customers can also pre-order and purchase the Galaxy S10 5G through Samsung.com, Samsung Experience stores, and Best Buy.

Verizon is offering a “VIP Kit” with Galaxy S10 5G preorders, which includes a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds and a Samsung Wireless Charging Battery Pack. Other deals include up to $450 off the price of the 5G handset when trading in an eligible device for both new and current Verizon customers. New customers can get a $200 prepaid Mastercard when signing up for the Verizon Unlimited data plan and buying the Galaxy S10 5G under a device payment plan. The deals can be combined for an overall savings of $650.

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G specs

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G specs include a 6.7-inch QHD+ display, 8GB of RAM, 256GB and 512GB internal storage options with no microSD expansion, and a 4,500mAh battery. The device features a quad-lens rear camera set up with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 16-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens, and a 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) lens for depth sensing and AR functions. Its front camera is a dual-lens set up with a 10-megapixel standard lens and a 3D ToF lens. The Galaxy S10 5G is available in Crown Silver and Majestic Black color options with the latter exclusive to Verizon.

Verizon 5G cities

As Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband network expands throughout the U.S., it will be will soon be available in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Des Moines, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Little Rock, Memphis, Phoenix, Providence, San Diego, Salt Lake City and Washington DC. The carriers has already launched the network in Chicago and Minneapolis earlier this month.

Customers should keep in mind that they will have to subscribe to Verizon’s Above Unlimited or Beyond Unlimited plans to take advantage of its 5G Ultra Wideband network. Verizons is currently offering a deal waving the $10 access fee to its 5G network.
