OnePlus has confirmed that it will announce its next flagship device will be the OnePlus 11 5G, which will be unveiled at a launch event on February 7, 2023 in New Delhi, India.
The official announcement comes after OnePlus shared a teaser for the device days prior. The clip shows off the rear of the device and its main camera, which will be housed in a circular camera module. The teaser also shows off Hasselblad branding on the handset, which indicates that OnePlus will collaborate with the camera company once again to enhance the image quality of its own camera lenses.
Additionally, OnePlus teased the return of the alert slider on the OnePlus 11 5G, a feature, which has been on most of the brand’s devices, except the OnePlus 10T.
The brand has also teased it will announce a new generation of wireless earbuds, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, which will be unveiled on February alongside the new smartphone.
Rumors suggest the OnePlus 11 5G might include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, 16GB RAM, 512GB internal storage, and 100W fast charging among its highlight features. The device is expected to come in a single model with no Pro or Plus version, and is slated to sell in black and green color options.
