“Xiaomi Mi Note 10, Mi CC9 Pro set to launch with penta-camera, Chinese and international availability”

Xiaomi has a number of devices in the pipeline for upcoming launches. The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro and the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 are the headliners.

The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is set to be unveiled November 5 in China, while the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is an international version of the device, which will be announced on November 6 in Madrid, Spain. There are other global launches set for the Mi Note 10, including in Poland on November 14.

Check out the specs and rumors for the upcoming smartphone models below.

Xiaomi has confirmed for the Mi CC9 Pro, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chip, 32-megapixel selfie camera and a 5,260 mAh battery with 30W fast charging. With these battery specs, Xiaomi claims the smartphone will charge from zero to 100 percent in 65 minutes and up to 58 percent 30 minutes.

Official product images also reveal a five-lens camera set up with at least one being a 108-megapixel camera with an ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor developed by Samsung. The Mi CC9 Pro camera is also expected to feature 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and 50x digital zoom.

Design-wise, the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro may feature a flat 6.47-curved OLED display with a teardrop notch and a thin bottom bezel, according to TENAA listings. The Chinese certification board also suggested the smartphone will come in 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM options, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB UFS 2.1 internal storage options with microSD expansion, a USB-C port, and Android 9.0 with an MIUI 10 overlay. Press renders also hint that the device will retain a 3.5mm audio jack and will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Price details have not been confirmed, but rumors suggest the Xiaomi Mi CC9 could sell for between 3,000 and 4,000 yuan in its main market of China.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 may feature a different processor as its main differentiating factor. Rumors suggest the smartphone may run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip, which would be a first for Xiaomi this year. However, many note this rumor is extremely far-fetched.

Render leas and rumors also share more details about the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 penta-lens camera set up, with an 108-megapixel main lens, a 20-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel depth sensor, a 5-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro will likely feature the same lens rundown on its penta-camera.

In addition to the smartphones, the Chinese manufacturer is also expected to announce a Xiaomi Mi TV as well as a new Xiaomi Mi Watch. The smartwatch is expected to feature the Qualcomm Wear 3100 chip, heart-rate tracking, cellular support, Wi-Fi, and GPS connectivity and a new wearable overlay called MIUI for Watch.
