“Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G now official with updated connectivity and camera features”

The Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G are now official with respective $699 and $499 price tags. The Pixel 5 is currently available for preorder and will go on sale on October 29, while the Pixel 4a 5G will be available on November 19.

Quickly following the 4G powered Pixel 4a, both devices are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G to enable 5G. Google has opted for a more premium mid-range vibe with the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G than the flagship tier models it has released in recent years. This will likely mean there won’t be a 5G device from Google with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series chip in 2020.
